Joshua Rosenthal

CEO & Founder

Josh hails from Australia, originally enjoying a career as an actor and visual artist.  Josh quickly discovered a massive demand in the US market place to elevate beverage services at events around the world.  

Since starting The Grand Bevy he has grown the business to a national  company handling most of the top events and social affairs nationwide. The event business has now begun expanding internationally, while continuing to gain partners in the luxury hotel, club and venue space.

Josh has also launched new ventures in the luxury lifestyle global retail market and oversees the development of new and innovative services and products to meet never ending beverage consumer demand.  

 

Priscilla Sommer

CFO  

Priscilla comes to the Grand Bevy with a vast amount of experience in events and financial management.  After having worked as a major model in Paris, Milan and New York, she then graduated from the Atlantic Theater Company.  Combining her interest in business with her love for entertainment she worked in accounts and financial managements positions for a range of wealthy individuals, fashion houses and casting directors.  

Priscilla is also known for her alter ego character, Mama P-Dog, who raps about female empowering issues and the tribulations of raising kids in the modern world.  Mama P-Dog’s album is on iTunes and her music videos have become a sensation on Funny Or Die.

Richard Swan

National Beverage Director  

Richard brings over 15 years of cocktail and spirits experience to The Grand Bevy.  He has run cocktail programs and created original drink menus for some of LA’s top restaurants and bars, and is credited with having reinvented the program at the award-winning Cliff’s Edge restaurant.

Insatiably curious, Richard is constantly seeking new flavor profiles and combinations, as well as finding new methods and techniques to craft and present his creations.  

Whether it’s a cocktail party for 50 guests or a media launch with 2500 attendees, Richard is excited to create a bespoke cocktail menu that will surprise and delight the most exacting tastes and sophisticated palates.

Justin Knittel

Assistant Beverage Director

Veteran of the industry Justin Knittel is our ace in the hole. Whether he's crafting our complex shrubs in the Los Angeles kitchen or leading the team for an award show in Miami, Justin brings his decade of experience and attention to detail. 

 

Ian Paige

Senior Nataional Technician - SipMí TM

Having worked at some of the world's best bars coupled with a proclivity to fix our laptops and remind us to back up our hard drives, Ian heads up all technical aspects associated with The Grand Bevy's merging of technology and beverage design. Ian is an integral part of the SipMí instant images to cocktails and leads his team nationally.

 

Matthew Gilliam

National Event Manager

Matthew is one of the countries most talented event managers. Having had a solid career in beverage service and management, Matthew is in charge of some of The Grand Bevy's most exclusive VIP events around the country. From Presidents to Princes, no matter where the GB team is operating, Matthew ensures that every event operates efficiently, smoothly and that we deliver what we are known for: extremely high end product and service.
